Mr. Rainwater Has taught in the emotional classroom for over six years. He has a
Masters degree in special education and has made it his life\'s work to work with
these special children. Don and his wife Kellie have taken over 20 special needs
foster children into their home in a three-year period. Through trials and
tribulations they have learned the methods that have helped teach these children
social skills and anger management.
