Press Release Body: Kerry Beck, author of Raising Leaders, Not Followers, is doing
something special to celebrate National Children\'s Book Week. She is giving away
seven classic books in the form of ebooks. As a former school teacher, Kerry loves
books and wants to share them with other homeschooling families.

Through her research and own experience, Kerry discovered that classic books are the
perfect textbook to teach your children. Classics have enduring lessons that can be
applied today in a variety of subject matters.

In her book series, Raising Leaders, Kerry encourages parents to use classic books
to mentor their children. Too often children today receive an education similar to
the education poor people received hundreds of years ago. Today\'s popular education
model teaches students what to think, instead of how to think for themselves.

Kerry espouses that classics provide the perfect springboard to teach your children
how to think on their own. When parents discuss classics with their children, they
encourage their children to think through issues, as well as discuss how \"old\"
classics can help us solve today\'s problems.

For this reason, Kerry is giving away seven classic books with her Raising Leaders
package. Some of the classics include Famous Men of the Middle Ages, Heidi, The
Story of George Washington, Call of the Wild and other great books.

Beck shares, \"National Children\'s Book Week is the perfect time to remind parents of
the importance of reading with their children and discussing what they read. I love
books and the lessons in them, so I wanted to celebrate this week by giving away
some great books.\"

Kerry Beck, owner of http://www.CurriculumConnection.net, teaches parents how to
raise their children to become leaders, instead of followers who simply \"follow the
crowd\". She has written Raising Leaders, Not Followers and Teach Your Children \"How
to Think\" with Mentoring & Classics. You can get her free report and workshop, as
well as your free classics at http://www.raising-leaders.com
