John Iannone, chief executive of the Victor company, said the partnership will
provide Auction Direct with a parts cost advantage over the competition that
ultimately translates to savings for AuctionDirectUSA.com customers.

Monro operates more than 700 stores in 17 states and has a work force of 4,000. It
services more than 3 million cars annually. In July, the company acquired two
auto-repair chains in Philadelphia and northern Virginia, adding 19 stores and 200
employees.
