Here\'s a quick tip to achieve a higher sperm count: Stay away from sex for up to 3 to 4 days before ovulation. If you want to have a baby girl instead, decrease the sperm count instead. The men can easily do this by taking a hot bath just before having intercourse.
3. Drink coffee. If you are planning to have a baby boy, be sure to drink a cup of coffee just before you have intercourse.
