Press Release Body = SAN JOSE, Calif.—Oct. 25, 2004— BEA Systems (Nasdaq: BEAS), a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, is a Platinum Sponsor of, and is scheduled to present at, Momentum, the EMC content management user conference 2004, October 25-28 at the Palais Des Congres de Montreal. BEA plans to demonstrate how BEA and the EMC Documentum eRoom Portlets for BEA WebLogic PortalTM can deliver portlet solutions designed to enhance employee collaboration to help enable customers to address today’s business needs.

BEA is also scheduled to present sessions for conference attendees on “Leveraging Enterprise Content Management in a Service Oriented Architecture,” as well as “Integrated Content Management Solutions with BEA and Documentum.” BEA will be holding product demonstrations of the Documentum eRoom collaboration for WebLogic Portal throughout the conference.
