In 2007 her signature line "Sass with Class" debuted In the A.R.I.S.E. Fashion Show
in Chicago which was a huge success and is now available in Kreative Soul Boutique
in Chicago. The 2008 summer line is winning over crowds just the same, whether on
the beach or in the streets, every woman will find a Knotty Loop Creation that fits
her personal style.
About the Designer:
Ms. KnottyLoop: Mona L. Muhammad - Crochet Designer
"As a child I remember watching in amazement a time-lapsed motion picture of a
flower developing from its budding stage to full bloom. I remember being transfixed
and amazed at its development process. This is how I view the art of crocheting. To
see the detail within the fibers, to feel the texture of a skein of yarn, to
manipulate the yarn until it evolves in a unique and wearable form of art gives me
personal joy." Mona Muhammad
She learned to sew & crochet at a very young age out of need, and now that her
children are all grown up, she has dusted off her crochet needle and created the
phenomenon that is Knotty Loop Creations. Although Knotty Loop Creations was never a
planned venture, it is definitely a passion and an evolving art for Mona. "The more
I practice my art, the more my creative flair awakens. I'm in awe of what I have
been able to create. I truly recognize this to be a God given talent."
