St. Louis-based Kopytek was ranked No. 60 on the list, with over $4 million in revenue in 2007. This was Kopytek's first appearance on the Quick Printing Top 100.
The Quick Printing Top 100 is published each year to spotlight the leading small commercial printing companies in North America. The list ranks printing companies by sales figures, number of locations, and number of employees. Total sales for the collection of Quick Printing top 100 companies are estimated at more than $648 million in 2007.
Kopytek's total sales grew 16.8% from 2006 to 2007. Many of the breakout companies, like Kopytek, on the Quick Printing list experienced high sales-per-employee figures, often an indicator of true success. In 2007, Kopytek reported a sales-per-employee figure of $146 thousand.
