Press Release Body: The Depot won Best Adaptive Use Award by Atlanta\'s Urban Design
Commission at its annual Awards of Excellence ceremony. The restaurant was
originally a brick rail center with red tile roof that sat vacant for over fifty
years before architect William Jay George of G6 Design and interior designer Bill
Peace of Peace Design meticulously restored it. In keeping with the historical
character and many architectural details, some notable design elements include the
restored large sliding cargo/bay doors, original brick tiles, an expanded platform
used for deck dining as well as old railroad tracks placed as foot rests at the rich
wood bar that spans the length of the dining room.

\"We worked hard to bring this incredible building back to life and preserve a
historic element of Atlanta,\" said Depot partner Chip Ney after receiving the award
from Mayor Shirley Franklin. \"It is an honor to receive such a prestigious award.\"

Nightcap Food & Spirits, LLC owns The Depot along with other restaurants including
Fontaine\'s, Vickery\'s Bar & Grill, Highland Tap and Steamhouse Lounge in Atlanta and
Vickery\'s Bar & Grill and Gene\'s Haufbrau in Charleston, SC. The Depot, located 904
Memorial Drive in Reynoldstown near the neighborhoods of Cabbagetown, Grant Park,
Old Fourth Ward, Glenwood Park and East Atlanta, features a comfortable atmosphere
for signature spirits and casual gourmet fare including seafood dishes, fresh raw
and baked oysters. The Depot serves food Monday-Saturday 11:00AM-midnight and
Sundays noon-midnight (with brunch fare all day). After dinner service, The Depot
turns into a happening bar scene with nightly events and specials that add to the
experience.

skyline view, a pass through outdoor bar, ample free parking and the capacity to
host up to 300 guests, The Depot is perfect for any special event including lunch
