A British owned clinic near Marbella has pioneered a new approach to weight loss, the Gastric mind Band, they use CBT and deep hypnotherapy along with a few hi tech techniques of there own to completely convince dieters that they have actually gone through a surgical procedure and had an actual band fitted.
