Press Release Body: San Jose, CA <09/29/2008>: Courtesy Chevrolet
(www.courtesychevrolet.com), a premier Chevrolet dealership in San Jose and Morgan
Hill, CA, has announced details about the fully charged Chevy Volt which is set for
launch in 2010.

On introduction, the 2010 Chevrolet Volt will be an extended-range electric vehicle
with a revolutionary propulsion system unlike other traditional electric cars.
Chevrolet Volt is engineered to carry more than 75 per cent of America’s commuters
without a single drop of fuel. This means those who drive less than 40 miles every
day will use zero gasoline and there will be zero emission. s

The 2010 Chevrolet Volt will make good of a lithium-ion battery with various
range-extending onboard power sources that include gas and E85 ethanol (in some
vehicles) to recharge the battery for above 40-mile limit. A common household plug
will be used for charging.
