been named an Impact Development Leader in the category of constructors and
homebuilders by Business Leader magazine. Business Leader showcases businesses and

Accent Construction was singled out for their commitment to advancing knowledge of
green practices within the building and construction industry. Eichel recently
earned the designation of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
Accredited Professional, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of green building
practices and the LEED Rating System. She regularly speaks to groups in the region
such as the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA) about green building
standards and practices, including recycling and reuse of construction materials.
Fellow Impact Leaders in the constructors and homebuilders’ category are Craig

Fritsch, CEO of Highwoods Properties, the largest owner and operator of suburban
