DATELINE: BELLINGHAM AND MIDDLEBORO, MA…

Seaver Construction of Woburn, MA is the general contractor building the addition
for Christmas Tree Shop corporate offices which are located at 10 Leona Drive in
Middleboro. Sprink Tech has been contracted for the fire sprinkler system and will
utilize their state-of-the-art software program to design the system and
prefabricated pipe will be used in the installation. Sprink Tech’s in-house design
services, their team of 40 service professionals and the pre-fabricated pipe will
ensure high quality, accuracy and rapid turnaround, in addition to a lower cost for
the client overall.

The work is slated to begin late Fall.

Middleboro is a good opportunity for us. It takes us into southeastern Mass. and
Rhode Island which are areas that we’d like to further expand,” noted Andrew
