Press Release Body: PVOS owner, Nancy Parker, organizer of the MET Group, proudly announces the first Metrowest Exchange Team off-site meetup meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at the Morse Institute Library, Community Room, 14 East Central Street, in Natick, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
For the past six months, the MET Group meetings have been held at the PVOS office; however, because the membership has grown and there has been an increase of interest in the group, PVOS has taken the steps to move to a larger meeting area. Being the first off-site meeting, the format will stay the same. At the past meetings there was always a theme to follow. The theme for this meeting will be “owners” in black, with a (must have) Halloween hat.
The MET Group consists of many home based and small business owners in the Metro West area, who meet once a month to build business referral relationships to grow their businesses. The format of each meeting is like a mini-workshop, where all members take turn presenting their business or sharing valuable information with the group. Each member then has the opportunity to demonstrate and present what their products are all about. The group is about sharing and exchanging ideas with others of similar interest.
Because of the limited seating, pre-registration is advised. The cost to attend the meeting is $5.00.
