(March 01, 2010) – Women in the Arts Month has another reason to celebrate with the hilarious premiere of – Read Between the Panty Lines: The secrets women keep in their drawers. Created and Directed by Mary Olivieri, Comedy Shrine main-stager, creator of the hugely successful “The Spew”, and veteran of stage and screen, brings together a cast of brilliantly trained improvisational actresses from in and around Chicago for a performance you won’t soon forget.

Read Between the Panty Lines is based on audience suggestions and real diary entries from women all over the world. For every young girl who keeps a diary, to every woman who did, (and had to relive it when she found them in that box in her basement,) Panty Lines is at once a poignant parody of the painful years of growing up a girl, and a side-splitting exploration of the life-changing moments that as grown women, we’d just as soon forget.
