Press Release Body = SHAWNEE, KANSAS — Perceptive Software, Inc., announced that Avis Europe plc (FTSE: AVE) selected ImageNow® as a key component in document imaging, management and workflow processes supporting the Avis network across 13 European countries.

Avis Europe, the leading car rental company in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, needed a sophisticated document imaging solution to facilitate the management of supplier invoices and customer correspondence between international operations.
Once Avis Europe witnessed the capabilities of ImageNow, the scope of application for the software was expanded to support Accounts Receivable processing tasks.

ImageNow's flexibility and scalability allows each office and rental station in Europe to have instant, single-click access to key documents that originate from Avis Europe's Business Support Centre in Budapest, Hungary. Web-based functionality facilitates this secure, remote access to imaged documents and easy information sharing.

The state-of-the-art Business Support Centre uses ImageNow's integrated capture, indexing, viewing and workflow capabilities to manage incoming and outgoing invoices, faxes, letters, e-mails and any other documents. ImageNow handles more than 200 popular electronic object types. All imaged documents are stored remotely
using ImageNow Server™ at colocation facilities in London and Frankfurt.
