Hollander Consultants Sales Department Breaks Fourth Quarter Goal, Deputy CEO Ascribes Internal Game as Key Reason

division in the company.

Mr. Jackson stated, “Not only did we break our fourth quarter target, we are on track to have our highest quarter in over a year and our second highest quarter ever. A key stimulus to our production was the internal production game instituted
at the beginning of this quarter.”

Within Hollander Consultants, a new game has been piloted that pits each division against each other for overall production with the winning division receiving a special prize. As the Sales Division was the first to achieve its production goal,
the division was given a monetary reward for each staff member to do with as they
choose.

“The executives at Hollander Consultants put together a game that could be played and won by anyone and any division in the company. It provides weekly and quarterly
goals for staff to strive for. For the last four years, our production has been a bit lower during the fourth quarter of the year compared to other quarters due to
the holiday season. This quarter is on track to be the best quarter in the history of the company because we decided to be proactive and not take the point of view
that ‘it is always this way in the fourth quarter’. This game has proven to be a
