Fresh from appearing on BBC Two's Mock the Week, Andi Osho is set to embark on her first UK stand-up tour and will appear at the Norwich Arts Centre on Tuesday February 22nd.

The performer was raised by Nigerian parents in the east end of London and started her career in TV production before stepping in front of the camera as an actress.

Having appeared in popular shows such as Casualty, EastEnders and Waking the Dead, she then decided to try her hand at making people laugh and has not looked back since.

Described by comedy guide Chortle as "one of the most eagerly anticipated comedy newcomers in the UK", Osho is known for her quick wit and amusing riffs on multiculturalism.

Her stand-up show Afroblighty has been described by the performer as a "touching and hilarious story of an identity crisis in the cultural crossfire of Modern Britain".

Tickets for the Norwich gig are priced at £12 and the show will begin at 20:30 GMT.
