Scottish five-piece Bodega will perform at the Keswick venue on Thursday February 3rd, giving guests of Lake District accommodation a chance to enjoy their acclaimed sound. Formed in 2005, the group were named young folk band of the year by BBC Radio 2 in 2006 and have played at many of the country's biggest music festivals. They have also completed two successful tours of the US and appeared at venues in Italy, Norway and The Netherlands. The eclectic sound of Bodega - comprised of Gillian Chalmers, Tia Files, Norrie MacIver, June Naylor and Ross Couper - is said to derive from the fact that each member hails from a different area of Scotland's Highlands and Islands.
