X Factor fans have the perfect excuse to book Bournemouth hotels next year, as Alexandra Burke is due to perform in the town on Saturday February 12th.

The 22-year-old pop diva, who won the fifth series of the ITV1 talent show in 2008, has scheduled a date at the Bournemouth International Centre's Windsor Hall as part of her All Night Long UK tour.

Audience members can expect to see Burke performing all the hits from her debut studio album Overcome, including Bad Boys, Broken Heels and the number one smash Start Without You.

The London-born songstress is also likely to treat fans to a rendition of Hallelujah, the Leonard Cohen classic she released as her debut single after
triumphing on The X Factor.

Burke's version of the song was the Christmas number one in 2008 and became the fastest selling single by a female performer in the UK.

The artist will have appeared in front of audiences around the country by the time she reaches Bournemouth, giving her plenty of time to hone her live performance and vocals for the best possible experience.

Tickets are priced at £30 and doors will open at 19:00 GMT. The support acts for the concert have been confirmed as Carrie Mac and Parade.
