Book lovers will have the chance to meet acclaimed novelist Jeffrey Archer in Melbourne next month.

The novelist is visiting the Victoria capital's Studio 3 venue to sign copies of his latest tome, Only Time Will Tell.

Archer has been a regular figure at the top of international bestseller lists throughout his writing career.
