London is gearing up to host the UEFA Women's Champion's League Final 2011, which will see Olympique Lyonnais face FFC Turbine Potsdam.

Craven Cottage, the home of Premier League side Fulham, will provide the stage for this enthralling encounter, which will be a rematch of the 2010 encounter won by the German club.

The game will be played on Thursday May 26th and offers the French league winners the chance to get revenge for last year's defeat.

Olympique will go into the clash in flying form; they won the Division 1 Feminine with four games to spare and a perfect record. It is the fifth consecutive season they have taken the title.

It is because of the French team that fans will not see an English side in the final, as they beat Arsenal 3-2 in the semi-final last month.

FFC Turbine Potsdam also look to be in good shape, having also won their league and enjoyed two victories in the Frauen-Bundesliga Cup.

Tickets for the UEFA Women's Champions League Final 2011 start from £5, with the game kicking off at 20:00 BST.
