The non-profit event has been running since 1985 and is known for bringing live music, quirky performances and a carnival atmosphere to the Norfolk market town. It was originally created by a group of local businesses who wanted to give the area its own festival. Despite being a free event, the musical line-up for this year's Festival Too boasts a number of chart-topping acts. Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Lightning Seeds and The Hoosiers are all set to perform during the festival, which will kick off on Saturday June 25th with an Elton John tribute act and a spectacular fireworks display.
As well as the music, Festival Too offers a busy programme of free street entertainment in the town centre that includes circus clowns, jugglers, puppets and balloon modelling.
