Audio Bullys are among the major acts set to appear at the United Islands music festival in Prague this month.

Running from June 23rd to 25th, the event incorporates a huge variety of genres and styles from all over the world.

In a statement on the official website, founder of United Islands David Gaydecka explained that established stars will play alongside emerging talents over the course of the spectacle.

He added: "The programme is going to include thematic blocks as well. We are bringing three world-music projects from Catalonia; bands from Cuba and Afghanistan, which are countries where artistic freedom, as we know, is far from granted."

The organisers claim United Islands is the biggest music festival held in Prague and the 2011 edition will be the largest one in its history, with the three stages packed with international talent.

As well as the concert by Audio Bullys on the final day, there will be performances by British indie band Archie Bronson, Portuguese fado group Deolinda and Cuban punk-rockers Porno Para Ricardo.

It is an open-air event and is free to attend, with food and drink stalls set up close to the stages.
