Alice Cooper is bringing his No More Mr Nice Guy tour to St Kilda towards the end of next month.

The rock'n'roll icon is set to take the stage at the Palais Theatre on Thursday September 29th, giving fans the chance to witness his legendary live show that features everything from boa constrictors to zombies.

Doors at the venue are due to open at 19:30 local time on the night. The support band, highly acclaimed Sydney five-piece Syndicate, will kick off proceedings at 20:00, with timings for the rest of the show yet to be confirmed.

Tickets for the concert are priced from AU$99 to AU$141.

After playing in St Kilda, Cooper will jet off to Rome for the start of the European leg of his world tour.

The musician, who was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, is heading to Australia to mark the release of his latest record, Welcome 2 My Nightmare, a follow-up to 1979 album Welcome to My Nightmare.

Cooper has described the LP, which features contributions from Rob Zombie and Vince Gill, as a "shreikquel".

Rock'n'roll fans can choose from a huge selection of St Kilda hotels at LateRooms.com.au, including a large number of St Kilda Road hotels.
