Shopaholics will have the opportunity to pick up some unique pieces at next month's Cardiff Vintage Fashion Fair.

The touring event is set to take place in the Welsh capital on Sunday October 16th, having being held in Hungerford, Bristol and Bath earlier this year. Swansea, Cheltenham and Gloucester are also set to play host to the event before the end of 2011.

Blind Lemon Vintage, the organiser of the fashion showcase, was founded in 2005 as a clothing emporium in Pembrokeshire.

Manager Edwin Dyson is committed to offering visitors the widest possible selection of vintage treasures, including Victoriana and Edwardiana, and pieces from the 1920s to 1970s.

Menswear and accessories are also available, while fair-goers will have the opportunity to relax from all the bargain-hunting by enjoying some of the onsite refreshments.

The Cardiff leg of the event will be held at the City Hall in Cathays Park from 10:00 to 16:00 local time. The venue is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of attractions such as Cardiff Castle and the Millennium Stadium.

Admission costs £3 in advance or £4 on the door.
