Running plenty of events across the weekend from October 14th-16th in Southbank Centre Square, there will be plenty of opportunities to taste the delicious cheeses and wines on show, as well as take in demonstrations that will reveal how best to use them in your cooking at home.

Chef Coordinator Valentina Harris leads the charge on all three days, beginning each programme with an array of Italian cookery walkthroughs. There will be lessons on how to achieve the best results when pairing wine with different foods, as well as a beer and cheese pairing demonstration, a chocolate and wine matching class and an introduction to finding wine to suit some of the world's smelliest and strongest cheeses.
