Legendary Welsh rockers stage three concerts in advance of their new album launch

Tickets for the Stereophonics latest gigs at Shepherds Bush Empire on 19th, 20th and 21st December 2011 are in high demand as the Welsh rockers revealed that they are working on a new album.

Stereophonics fans who want to stay in London for the band's sold out ‘3 Night Stand' gigs can find a range of London hotels to suit all budgets on the website LondonTown.com, which has all the latest gig listings and information on bands playing in London.

Stereophonics – consisting of songwriter, singer and guitarist Kelly Jones, guitarist Adam Zindani, bassist Richard Jones, and drummer Javier Weyler – have been on the music scene for 15 years. In that time they have had eleven top five singles, 21 top twenty singles and five consecutive number one albums, making them one of the most successful bands in Britain.

The Stereophonics' Christmas shows are expected to see the band preview new material from what will be their eighth studio album, the band's first release since 2009's ‘Keep Calm and Carry On' and their first to follow the death of ex-drummer Stuart Cable. They are also likely to play some of their greatest hits which include ‘Have a Nice Day', ‘Maybe Tomorrow', ‘Dakota', and ‘The Bartender And The Thief'.

Stereophonics sold-out the London O2 Arena in December 2008 and again in November 2010, and these latest London gigs have followed suit. ‘Phonics' fans are fiercely loyal and pre-sale tickets for the three-night residency sold out within three minutes.

Tickets for the London shows may have sold out already but fans who are lucky enough to have tickets can find cheap London hotels close to the gig using LondonTown.com which also gives useful information on bars and restaurants in the local area, as well as full listings on events, nightlife and things to do in London this Christmas.
