-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Danish pop artist Glen Michaelsen is heading for the studio to record his second solo album. Since the release of his debut hit single "Adore You" in 2011, the demand for an album to follow-up has been overwhelming.

- I was very surprised by the attention and success that "Adore You" got, and I doubted how to make the album that could follow up and at the same time keep me developing as a musician. Now I have found the sound for the album, and I can't wait to hit the studio during the winter, says Glen Michaelsen.

Available on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon WiMP etc.

The album, which title is still unknown, will be available on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, WiMP and all other online music services. So regardless of the fans' preferences online, they will be able to find it.

While on his journey to find the sound for the new album, Glen produced an acoustic EP released early in 2013 called "Going Acoustic". Though containing quiet brilliance in tracks like "Snowflake" and "Dream", the EP did not get the expected success, but it has been an important step on the road.

- I love the tenderness in the acoustic music, and I know for sure that I will bring elements of that into the new album. However, it will be in the pop style like "Adore You". That is where I feel at home as an artist, Glen Michaelsen says.

About Glen Michaelsen

Glen Michaelsen, 24, is a young singer-songwriter from Denmark. Only five years ago he bought a guitar though never having played instruments of any kind before. After the first guitar lesson, the teacher told Glen he would get a hard time learning to play guitar, but the motivated youngster was determined to prove him wrong.

With an inborn talent for storytelling through lyrics accompanied by a unique pop sound, Glen stands out as an artist with his very own style.
