Brentwood, Tennessee, -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- HealthTN is announcing the arrival of their first mobile insurance office – the Go Health Bus! The Go Health Bus is a 25 foot mobile office that’s coming to a Tennessee community near you – with FREE ice cream – to ensure that they reach uninsured Tennesseans before the March 31st deadline for The Affordable Care Act (also referred to as Obamacare). The first stop for the Go Health Bus will be in early March 2014, location to be named in the next couple weeks.

HealthTN came up with the idea of going to individual communities after realizing that many individuals and communities were lacking the means and know-how to navigate the marketplace online. After several failed attempts, those individuals didn’t know where to turn. In an effort to educate and assist them in enrolling in quality healthcare, HealthTN decided to go out into the community. They understand that picking the best health plan is not an easy task. That’s when HealthTN came up with the idea to provide a relaxing and fun atmosphere where these individuals and families could sit down with an agent while their kids could be entertained with free games, ice cream and more.

HealthTN launched in Brentwood, Tennessee on October 1st, 2013 and is a subsidiary of Continental Health Alliance. HealthTN focuses on making sure that individuals and families in Tennessee get the healthcare they deserve at a price that fits their needs with a plan that meets the minimum essential benefits outlined under the Affordable Care Act.
