Houston, Texas, October 22, 2014 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Women’s Health & Fitness Expo (WHFE) Houston Offering Incredible Resources & Freebies! Thanks to sponsors, like The Sports Authority, this year’s WHFE is offering women incredible interactive, informative and preventative health, wellness and fitness resources. The event is set for Saturday, October 25th at The Stafford Center.

We are proud to announce newly added services and sponsors to this year’s WHFE event in Houston, Texas. The WHFE is now backed by The Sports Authority as a sponsor. “We want women to come out and have fun, all-the-while becoming educated on various issues that not only affect women, but the entire family. Our goal is inspire women to stay healthy and build healthy families through physical, mental and spiritual health paradigms," said Carlis Lollie, Event Organizer.

WHFE is being held at The Stafford Center (10505 Cash Road. Stafford, TX) and starts at 10am till 5pm. The event features free admission, free parking, fitness workshops, health & wellness vendors, door prizes, nutrition demos and much more.

“Dr.Leticia Rowe, of the Ab Doctor, will do a classroom presentation on the main stage. Many women are already buzzing about this exciting demonstration. Plus, we’re already getting calls about Trecia KneCole’s (Xstreme Level Dance Fitness) "Heel Thrill/Chair Fitness" interactive program. There is so much to do and learn that I couldn't imagine missing this event as a woman,” said Velma Trayham of ThinkZILLA.

The Women’s Health & Fitness Expo is organized to benefit S.H.E. Squared, a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is geared towards advancing women in the areas of Social responsibility, Health and wellness, Education and Economics. The event is completely free to the attending public.
