Press Release Summary: DiaTri secures Group Health contract with Union

Press Release Body:

DiaTri, LLC (parent organization to the companies of MDM, AAS, and DBM) has recently
contracted with International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos
Workers, Local 17 to provide a Diagnostic Testing program for its Group Health
Benefits members starting September 1, 2008. Diagnostic Benefit Management (DBM) is
DiaTris product line and division that creates diagnostic network solutions for
Taft-Hartley Funds, employers, TPAs and insurance carriers in the Group Health
industry.

Although the Fund members are familiar with a program similar to what DBM offers,
they will experience higher levels of customer service, no out-of-pocket costs and a
locally based team to cater to their needs. Treating physicians within the Blue
Cross/Blue Shield network are to schedule their diagnostic tests such as MRIs, CTs
and P.E.T. scans through DBM. In doing so, the International Association of Heat
and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local 17 will benefit with savings in
tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, the Fund will benefit from DBMs
high-level reporting; its highly credentialed and quality focused network, as well
as its Concierge Service to Fund members. This Concierge Service by DBM handles all
aspects of patient preparation, education, scheduling, and follow-up. DBM acts as an
overall resource for their members for any question or concern they may have in
regards to their scheduled exam. The advantage to the utilized physicians is the
lack of need for pre-authorization or pre-certification for any test scheduled
through DBM, thus ensuring more timely treatment for members and less work for the
physician.

Kevin Tremblay, CEO of DiaTri said, We are extremely excited to be able to bring
our industry changing level of service to the members of the International
Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local 17.
